Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are retained for 18 months and then deleted.

API prompts and responses

For API customers, prompts and responses are logged for seven days for abuse prevention and incident response. After seven days, logs are purged. Customers on paid plans can request zero-retention mode, in which prompts and responses are not persisted beyond the request lifecycle.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use customer prompts or responses to train models, ours or anyone else’s.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which measures page views and basic device information without cookies. No personally identifying information is collected. There are no third-party tracking pixels, chat widgets, or advertising tags on the site.

Your requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@unit23.xyz from the address you contacted us with, and we will respond within 30 days.
